Terms of Use

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription plan.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings (for Mac App Store purchases) or through the payment provider used at the time of purchase.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

3. Account

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Account registration is used solely for purchase synchronization across devices.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content (screenshots, images, text, designs) you create using the App. We do not claim any rights to your content. All projects and data are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to use cloud features.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, templates, illustrations, icons, and other assets, is the intellectual property of Depeur UG (haftungsbeschraenkt). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Pexels (stock photos, subject to Pexels License)
• Firebase (authentication)
• RevenueCat (payment processing)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depeur UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
